Our maxi taxi carries a hydraulic wheelchair lift, so there is no transferring in and out of a seat and no folding the chair into a boot. You are loaded at ground level, secured to the floor anchor points and belted in, and the driver does the lot.
- Stay in your own chair. Manual and most powered chairs and scooters fit the lift.
- Carers and family travel too. Seats for the rest of the group in the same vehicle, one fare.
- Appointments and NDIS runs. Hospital, dialysis, day programs and regular standing bookings.
- Drivers who are trained for it. Loading, restraints and a hand to the door at both ends.

Need something across town this afternoon? We pick it up and drive it straight there, no depot, no sorting facility, no four hour delivery window. The parcel travels in one car, with one driver, from your hands to theirs.

Airport work is most of what we do. From Werribee, Point Cook or Tarneit it is about 40 minutes up the freeway to Tullamarine and about 30 minutes down to Avalon, and we build the traffic into the pickup time so you are not watching the clock in the back seat.

Where we drive in Melbourne's west
Werribee is home base, so most of our work starts around Werribee, Hoppers Crossing, Point Cook and Tarneit. We are out through Wyndham Vale and Truganina all day, and we know which estates have two entrances and which roundabouts back up at 8am.
Closer to town we cover Williams Landing, Laverton, Altona, Sunshine and Footscray, and we run into the Melbourne CBD constantly. Airport work goes both ways, to Tullamarine and to Avalon. Trips can finish anywhere you need, including Geelong, the Peninsula and interstate, and the fare is fixed before you get in.

How do I book a maxi taxi for 11 people?
Call 0403 957 303 and tell us how many are travelling and where you are going. The maxi taxi seats 11 with luggage, so a group stays together in one vehicle on one fare instead of splitting across two cars. Book it the day before for airport runs if you can.
Can I book a wheelchair accessible taxi?
Yes. Our maxi taxi has a wheelchair lift and floor anchor points, so you board at ground level and stay in your own chair. Carers and family travel in the same vehicle. Tell us the type of chair when you book and we will send the right car.
Do you pick up from Melbourne Airport and Avalon?
We do, day and night. Give us your flight number when you book and we track the arrival time, so a delayed flight does not cost you anything. For departures we time the pickup backwards from your flight, including traffic and check in.
Are your fares fixed or metered?
You get a fixed price when you book and that is what you pay. It does not move for traffic, weather, late nights or public holidays, and there is no surge pricing.
Are you really open 24 hours?
Yes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays. Early flights, late shifts, hospital appointments and nights out are normal work for us.
Can you deliver a parcel instead of a passenger?
Yes. Give us the pickup address, the delivery address and what it is, and we will quote a fixed price before we collect. The parcel goes in one car with one driver, and you get a photo when it is handed over.
