What happens after you press send
Your request goes straight to the operator on shift. You will get a call or a message back with the driver's name, the vehicle and the agreed fare, usually within a few minutes.
You send the details
Pick up, destination, date and time. Add a flight number and we will track the flight.
We confirm the fare
A fixed price, agreed before the trip. It does not change for traffic, weather or the hour.
The car arrives early
You get a message when the driver is on the way, so nobody is left standing on the kerb wondering.
How far ahead should I book?
For airport transfers and early morning starts, the day before is ideal. For everything else, an hour or two is plenty, and immediate pickups are usually no trouble at all. Just call.
Do you charge extra at night or on public holidays?
Your fare is agreed when you book and it does not change. Late night and public holiday trips are quoted the same way, up front, with no surge.
Can I book a return trip or a regular weekly run?
Yes. Note it in the message box and we will set it up. Standing bookings for school runs, weekly appointments and regular corporate pickups are very welcome.
What if my flight is delayed?
Give us the flight number when you book. We watch the arrival time and adjust the pickup automatically, at no extra cost.
Do you have a wheelchair accessible taxi?
Yes. Our maxi taxi is fitted with a hydraulic wheelchair lift and floor anchor points, so you board at ground level and stay in your own chair. Carers and family travel in the same vehicle on the same fare. Choose Wheelchair accessible trip above, tell us the type of chair, and we will send the right vehicle.
Can you deliver a parcel for me?
Yes, same day parcel pickup and delivery anywhere we drive. Documents, keys, trade parts, cakes, luggage, online orders. Give us the two addresses and what it is, and we will quote a fixed price before we collect. You get a photo and a message when it is handed over.
How many passengers can you take?
Up to eleven in the maxi taxi, eight in the Kia Carnival and seven in the Kluger Hybrid, all in one vehicle for one fare, luggage included. For bigger groups we can run two cars together.
How can I pay?
Cash, EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Cabcharge or an account we invoice monthly. A tax receipt is issued for every trip.
